Ragdoll Cats:

Ragdoll KittenThe Ragdoll is a pointed breed of domestic cat, meaning their body is lighter in color than their points (face, legs, tail and ears). Ann Baker of Riverside, California developed this breed in the ’s and their history is dependent almost entirely on free-ranging cats. They are known for the piercing blue eyes and distinctive color point pattern. As their name entails, they were originally named for their docile temperament that caused them to “go limp” and relax when being held or cuddled. Ragdolls are also intelligent, easy to care for lap cats. This breed is slow to mature, taking up to four years to reach their full size and coat color. Ragdolls are bred specifically to produce a larger, affectionate cat that weighs up to 20 pounds.

CuddleRags Cleo Fully Traceable Seal Bicolor Ragdoll Kitten Kittens Breeder

We take great pride in the ragdoll breed and have enjoyed having adults and kittens for 10+ years. All of our ragdoll breeders and ragdoll kittens live in our house with our family and 2 dogs. Our kings&#;s have their own Condo rooms to make sure that we don&#;t have any unplanned breedings.  In addition, this ensures that our boys do not fight and cause injury to one another. In conclusion, this is their house&#;not ours as they rule the roost. They are very social, shown lots of love and attention, and very spoiled. All visitors to our house are amazed at how our ragdolls are always eager to meet you and do not know a stranger.

We have quickly determined the true love and joy that we get out of breeding is the relationships we have built when we add somebody new to our CuddleRags Family. There is no greater happiness than receiving an updated picture, video, or story of how much people are enjoying their new family member. To help us share in some of this enjoyment, we invite you to check out our CuddleRags Family page as we will be updating this often with shared photos we receive from our ever growing family.

For those familiar with the ragdoll breed, we encourage you to check out our award winning Kings & Queens. New to the breed then check out our about the breed page. Here you&#;ll learn some interesting facts and why we fell in love with this bunny rabbit of a cat. Many say ragdoll cats are as close to owning a dog as you can get.

All of our breeders have tested negative for HCM & NPSVI and all kittens before going to their furrever homes will have had their first wellness check with our local veterinarian and be current on their vaccinations & dewormed. We abide by the voluntary code of ethics set by TICA standard.

If you&#;re looking for the most adorable kittens that will melt your heart, check out our available kittens. Please check back often as our kitten availability is always updating and we encourage you to follow us on Instagram & Facebook for more real time updates & videos.

Lords & Ladies Ragdolls is a home based, closed cattery where the cats and kittens are raised underfoot as pets.

They are loved, pampered and trained while waiting to go to their new homes.

We have adopted a holistic/natural approach with all our pets. Their food and treats have been developed by holistic veterinarian, Dr. Jane Bicks, with the best of all human grade, US purchased ingredients. No chemicals, artificial coloring or flavoring and no-biproducts.

Our animals are given "natural vitamins" every day to keep their immune systems boost and fill in the nutritional blanks, just as their human counterparts! Even their litter is natural. Our cats shouldn't have to scratch around and inhale clay dust or lick it off their paws.

My Little Kitten

I love my little kitty; she makes my house a home.
She is my very sweetest little friend; I never feel alone.
She makes me smile; She makes me laugh; She fills my heart with love . . .
Did some person breed her, or did she fall from above?

I've never been a breeder, never seen life through their eyes;
I hold my little kitty and just sit and criticize.
I've never known their anguish; I've never felt their pain,
the caring of their charges, through snow or wind or rain.

I've never waited the whole night through for babies to be born,
The stress and trepidation when they're still not there by morn.
The weight of responsibility for this body in my hands,
This darling little baby, who weighs but 60 grams.

Should you do that instead of this . . . or maybe that was wrong?
Alone you fight and hope, one day, she'll grow up proud and strong.
You pray she'll live to bring great joy to someone else's home.
You know it's all just up to you; you'll fight this fight alone.

Formula, bottles, heating pads, you've got to get this right,
Two-hour feedings for this tiny girl, throughout the day and night.
Within your heart you dread that you will surely lose this fight,
To save this little baby, but God willing . . . you just MIGHT.

Day one; she's in there fighting; you say a silent prayer.
Day two & three, she's doing well, with lots of love and care.
Day four & five . . . she's still alive; your hopes soar to the heavens.
Day six she slips away again, dies in your hands, day seven.

You take this little angel, and bury her alone.
With aching heart and burning tears, and an exhausted groan,
You ask yourself, "Why do this? . . . Why suffer through this pain?"
Yet watch the joy your kitties bring, and everything's explained.

So, when you think of breeders and label them with "Greed,"
Think of all that they endure to fill another's need.
For when you buy your kitty, with your precious dollars part,
You only pay with money . . . while they pay with all their heart.
